75 Biscayne Bay
This crumbling 1950s house, untouched by repairs or upgrades, still bore its antique brass bathroom accessories and electrical fittings. The owner, captivated by Canada’s ever-changing seasons, needed each room to reflect the seasonal charm—spring’s fresh green in the kitchen-dining area, autumn’s golden hues in the living room, summer’s serene blue in the master bedroom, and winter’s soft grey in the guest room. Beyond color, every decor element evoked the essence of its season. With a retro aesthetic, a biophilic design approach, and a commitment to sustainability—where every piece was recycled, refurbished, or repurposed—the house proved there’s more warmth in Canadian seasons than just the cold
